Job Summary :

The role requires a balance of technical execution and functional leadership, with direct involvement in CPQ configuration, integrations, and solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

CPQ Design & Implementation :

- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with sales, pricing, and contracting processes.

- Implement quote templates, approval processes, renewals, and amendment scenarios.

- Support CPQ-related integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

Requirements & Delivery :

- Conduct business requirement workshops and translate needs into CPQ functional designs.

- Work closely with developers and QA teams through design, build, test, and deployment phases.

- Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

- Ensure CPQ configurations are scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized.

Technical Contribution :

- Provide hands-on support using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation tools.

- Assist in CPQ data model design and governance.

- Troubleshoot complex pricing and configuration logic issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1012 years of Salesforce platform experience with 46 years focused on Salesforce CPQ.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

• Salesforce CPQ product configuration and pricing
• Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules
• Quote Templates and Advanced Approvals
• Renewals and Amendments

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC/Aura, Salesforce Flow, and validation rules.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
