Job Description :


- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration.


- Must have Exp. : : Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.


- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.


- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex is a plus.


- Proficient in Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Certification (Good to have) : Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Platform Developer I).


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing Salesforce-based solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of Salesforce features to drive customer and business success. The ideal candidate has deep platform knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in configuration and automation tools within Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.


- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules, and more.


- Implement Marketing Cloud solutions using tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and segmentation.


- Optimize business processes and customer journeys through automation tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules.


- Ensure proper setup of roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets in line with security and access control requirements.


- Support data integration, data migration, and sync between Salesforce and third-party applications.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, user access, or data integrity.


- Monitor platform performance and usage, provide ongoing support, and recommend enhancements based on best practices.


- Collaborate with development teams on Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components if needed.


- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and business teams.


- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform configuration and administration.


- Proven experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.


- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, sharing settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets.


- Experience in Salesforce automation tools Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder.


- Proficient with Marketing Cloud capabilities including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and segmentation techniques.


- Experience in analyzing complex requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.


- Good understanding of best practices around data management, campaign execution, and lead/contact management.


- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.


Good to Have :


- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or LWC.


- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).


- Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.


- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce.


- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector or similar tools for platform integration.
