We are hiring a Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and AgentForce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven CRM solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce deployments. The role includes working with business users, technology teams, and digital environments to create intelligent automation and end-to-end AI agent workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle Salesforce administration and development in production environments with focus on Sales Cloud configurations, automation, and customizations.

- Implement secure CRM environments using Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules.

- Lead and contribute to full lifecycle Salesforce AgentForce implementationsfrom requirement gathering and design to development, deployment, and support.

- Configure and deploy AI agents (Sales Coach, SDR, Copilot) using Agent Builder and Actions.

- Design and maintain effective prompt templates aligned with Responsible AI and reasoning-based solution frameworks.

- Define safety standards, AI governance frameworks, compliance guardrails, and monitoring strategies for AI-based implementations.

- Utilize the AgentForce reasoning engine, topics, and custom actions to build intelligent workflow automation and improve business productivity.

- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to apply RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), data grounding, retrievers, and data libraries for improved AI inference accuracy.

- Integrate AgentForce with CRM data sources, digital channels, and third-party APIs to enable smart automation workflows.

- Use Apex, Salesforce Flows, and workflow automation to build scalable orchestration pipelines.

- Configure dashboards, monitoring systems, audit logs, and analytics to track performance, adoption, and ROI of AI agents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and continuous improvements.

Skills Required :

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud configurations and enterprise CRM workflows.

- Experience in at least one full Salesforce AgentForce implementation cycle.

- Proficiency in configuring AI agents using Agent Builder and action-based logic.

- Understanding of Responsible AI practices, governance parameters, and compliance standards.

- Skilled in Apex, Flows, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG-based grounding for data-backed agent responses.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce access models, security configurations, and CRM compliance controls.

- Ability to configure dashboards, audit trails, and analytics for performance tracking.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Platform Developer I

- Agentblazer Innovator

- Salesforce Certified AgentForce Specialist (preferred or in progress)
