About the Role :

HyTechPro is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead and manage Salesforce-based projects across multiple business units.


The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across various Salesforce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Salesforce implementations across platforms including Sales Cloud, NPSP Cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, custom labels, and reports based on business requirements.

- Oversee data migration and integrations using tools such as Data Loader.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.

- Plan and manage sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

- Identify technical and functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time at the end of each sprint.

- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

- Mentor and guide development teams to improve Scrum maturity and technical capabilities.

- Support Salesforce cloud implementations, system integrations, and data migrations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Salesforce Automation tools : Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and customization capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with data migration and system integrations.

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).

- Prior experience working as a Senior Salesforce Administrator for global clients.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience implementing multiple Salesforce cloud platforms.

- Exposure to complex enterprise-level Salesforce integrations.

- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
