Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Consultant with advanced expertise in product pricing, quotation, and billing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, including Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and will play a key role in designing scalable CPQ solutions aligned with complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including:

- Product Configurations

- Pricing Rules

- Product Rules (Validation, Selection, Alert)

- Discounting and approval strategies

- Quote Templates and document generation

Develop and maintain complex product catalogs, bundles, and pricing models.

Implement and customize Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) logic to support advanced pricing and calculation requirements.

Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend CPQ functionality.

Deliver CPQ solution development and configuration, including custom component development and integrations.

Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable CPQ designs.

Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Billing.

Build and support integrations with external enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways) using REST/SOAP APIs.

Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability of CPQ implementations.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong specialization in Salesforce CPQ.

Advanced hands-on expertise in:

- Product pricing, quotation, and billing

- Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP)

- Apex, Visualforce, and LWC

- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing is highly preferred.

- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP and third-party systems.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and deployment processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce CPQ / Billing certifications

- Experience in complex enterprise CPQ implementations

- Exposure to multi-currency, multi-country pricing models
