- 4+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience in production orgs, including Sales Cloud deployments and automation.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of Salesforce Security Model with strict access controls using Profiles, Role hierarchy, Sharing rules etc.
- Proven hands-on experience across at least one Salesforce Agent force implementation cycle, ideally in Sales Cloud environments.
- Proficiency in configuring and deploying Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents (Sales Coach, SDR, and Copilot) using Agent Builder and Actions.
- Good knowledge of prompt engineering - creating, optimizing, and maintaining prompt templates aligned with responsible AI standards and reasoning design.
- Solid understanding of Responsible AI implementation, including defining guardrails, ethical AI configurations, and compliance adherence during agent rollout.
- Deep understanding of the Agentforce reasoning engine, topics, and standard/custom agent actions for intelligent task orchestration and outcome tracking.
- Ability to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for grounding AI agents applying RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques, retrievers, and data libraries for improved inference accuracy.
- Experience integrating Agentforce with digital channels, CRM data (Sales and Knowledge), and external APIs for dynamic AI automation flows.
- Skilled in Salesforce Apex, Flows, and Workflow automation for enterprise-scale agent orchestration and data interaction pipelines.
- Expertise in access controls, permission management, and configuring Agentforce security guardrails and compliance settings within CRM environments.
- Familiarity with audit logging, usage analytics, and dashboard configuration for tracking AI agent performance and producing AI ROI metrics.
