Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce customization, security, and platform encryption. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Salesforce security frameworks, configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security protocols. Exposure to cross-platform integrations, LWC, and advanced security mechanisms like SSO and Platform Encryption is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Security & Compliance :

- Implement Salesforce Shield features including Platform Encryption, Audit Trails, Event Monitoring, and Einstein Data Detect.

- Configure and enforce data masking, security, and privacy frameworks across Salesforce applications.

- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), encryption, authentication providers, and authorization protocols.

Customization & Development :

- Perform Salesforce customization and configuration using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Configure Salesforce security settings, including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and record-level sharing mechanisms.

- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions in line with business requirements.

Integration & Support :

- Support cross-platform integrations with other enterprise systems (preferred but not mandatory).

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Salesforce customization and basic security controls.

- Hands-on expertise with Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and record-level sharing mechanisms.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Exposure to cross-platform integrations.

Preferred Attributes :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Shield features and security best practices.

- Ability to implement solutions ensuring data privacy, compliance, and security.
