Salesforce Consultant

Description :

- Enhancing Salesforce solutions by supporting and sometimes leading the development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Implementing best-in-class configuration, customization, and development standards.

- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce technical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.

- Acting as an SME for Salesforce solution integrations and owning the design and flow of integration data between platforms.

- Supporting solution design to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

- Mentoring and developing junior Salesforce team members to foster technical growth.

- Engaging and communicating effectively with Director and Executive-level stakeholders, both on business and technical sides.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

Functional Requirements :

- Experience in systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.

- Ability to create functional and technical design documentation.

- Experience in creating data architecture and entity relationship diagrams.

- Ability to create end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT processes.

- Creation of end-user support and training materials.

Technical Requirements :

- Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.

- Experience customizing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

- Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using custom objects, process automation, and the Lightning experience.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and other systems.

- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Heroku, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authentication protocols for secure integrations (desirable).

- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Lightning Web Components (desirable).

- Understanding of SQL (desirable).

- Salesforce certifications are required.

General Skillset :

- Comfortable delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders.

- Experience working on accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.

- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and clients.

- Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel when required.
