Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team serving U.S.-based clients.

This role requires a combination of consulting expertise, business strategy understanding, and a problem-solving mindset.

You will work closely with client teams to analyze, design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance their business processes using Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Consultant, youll be part consultant, part strategist, and part problem-solver embedded within client operations to ensure maximum value from their Salesforce investment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering strategic and tactical Salesforce guidance.

- Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and propose Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business goals.

- Drive roadmap planning, business process optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements as needed.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting.

- Proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering successful Salesforce projects.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and flexible to align with U.S. time zones.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and limitations.
