Job Title : Salesforce Consultant (CPQ)

Experience : 5 - 8 Years (Minimum 5 Years in Salesforce CPQ)

Role Type : Full-Time

Location : Onsite - Indore

About the Job :

- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical design documentation for new projects and enhancement work.

- Analyze and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, external APIs).

- Lead the development of CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, and custom scripts.

- Manage full CPQ implementation lifecycle : New Sales, Contract Amendments, Renewals, and Asset Management.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, and functional testing.

- Implement advanced approval processes to streamline business operations.

- Perform integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and effective data flow.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams using Git, Jenkins, and ANT for CI/CD deployments.

- Provide training and support to end-users for Salesforce CPQ modules.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Proficient in Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Admin tasks (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Flows, Process Builder).

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SOQL.

- Experience in building Quote-to-Cash flows, including Product Configuration, Price Rules, Product Rules, Approval Rules, and Discount Schedules.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and CPQ API.

- Hands-on knowledge of Asset Management and Advanced Approval processes in Salesforce.

- Expertise in Visualforce Page development.

- Experience in Steelbrick (Salesforce CPQ).

- Experience in Git, Jenkins, and ANT for source control and deployment automation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug existing code.

Good to Have :

- Experience in using Logik.io or other advanced CPQ tools.

- Familiarity with CPQ custom scripting (QCP).

Educational Qualification :

- MBA / BE / BTech Engineering or equivalent technical degree is mandatory.
