Salesforce Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation through to solution implementation and UAT.

- Deliver functional design specifications, user stories, and other implementation artifacts.

- Provide input into the development of data models, workflows, and UI/UX designs.

- Conduct system and integration testing to ensure robust and error-free functionality.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.

- Identify process improvements and opportunities to leverage Salesforce-native capabilities.

- Train users and support change management activities post-deployment.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of direct project delivery experience as a Salesforce Consultant.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is mandatory.

- Proven experience producing clear documentation (BRD, FRD, Solution Design Docs, User Stories).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including reports, dashboards, workflows,

validation rules, Lightning Components, Process Builder, and Flow.

- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions using Salesforce.

- Proven record of successful Salesforce project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be accountable for deliverables.
