Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect

Responsibilities :

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, with a minimum of 7+ years in eCommerce.

- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C / Demandware).

- Strong proficiency in PWA frameworks, especially React.js (knowledge of Redux, Context API, and Chakra UI is a plus).

- In-depth understanding of headless commerce, API-first architecture, and microservices, aligned with MACH principles.

- Hands-on experience in both front-end (React, ExpressJS, Node.js) and backend integration patterns.

- Extensive experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and loyalty systems.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.

- Knowledge of eCommerce performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders.

- Salesforce certifications such as SFCC Architect, B2C Commerce Developer, or B2C Solution Architect are highly preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Familiarity with multi-region, multi-language, and multi-brand eCommerce rollouts.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
