Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst + CPQ
Experience Required : 8+ Years (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud)

Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience working with Salesforce, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. This role requires a deep understanding of order management and fulfillment processes, along with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to the fulfillment process and propose optimized system and business workflows.
- Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment capabilities including configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee development activities to ensure the delivery of integrated and functional solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation including requirement specifications and process flows.
- Provide ongoing system administration and support for customized Salesforce applications including user access, security, custom objects, and automation workflows.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Demonstrate expertise in quote-to-order processes including :
1. Product Setup
2. Product Options
3. Product Configuration & Rules
4. Pricing & Discounting
5. Quote Templates
- Work with automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flows, Assignment Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
- Understand and implement integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Possess hands-on experience in SFDC integrations with middleware and third-party systems.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with an ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and adapt quickly to changes.
- Apply a solution-oriented mindset to effectively solve business and system-related challenges.
- Be proactive and adaptable to meet evolving project requirements and global business objectives.
Education & Certifications :
- A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven experience in implementing fulfillment processes, including working with middleware and third-party integrations.
