Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant who will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Salesforce functionality, business analysis practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design scalable solutions.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps and functional specs.

- Lead and support testing efforts, including UAT planning and execution.

- Conduct user training and create adoption support materials.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

- Monitor system usage and performance; recommend optimizations and enhancements.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform developments and advise on best practices.

Must Have Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce environments.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

- Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

- Expertise in preparing documentation: user stories, functional specifications, process flows.

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in test case preparation and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.

- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Good to Have Skills :

- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).

- Experience with Salesforce integration projects or third-party tools.

- Background in change management or user adoption programs.

- Understanding of data migration and data governance in Salesforce
