Position : Salesforce Business Analyst (NPSP & Service Cloud)

Experience : 7 to 9 Years

Location : Hyderabad | Chennai | Remote

Duration : Long-Term Contract (6+ months, extendable based on performance)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce NPSP and Service Cloud, capable of owning end-to-end business analysis for complex Salesforce implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, stakeholder collaboration, healthcare or nonprofit domain exposure, and hands-on experience with requirement gathering, data migration, reporting, and solution demos. Client interaction is not optional its the job.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce & Functional Expertise :

- Act as SME for Salesforce NPSP and Service Cloud, ensuring best-practice usage and configuration alignment.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and large-volume data handling.

Data & Reporting :

- Support data migration, data cleansing, de-duplication, and bulk updates.

- Build and validate reports and dashboards on high-volume datasets.

Business Analysis :

- Analyze and document complex business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions.

- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment across teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Enablement :

- Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.

- Support UAT and user onboarding activities.
