About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst + Support professional to join our client's dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless alignment between business goals and Salesforce solutions. This role also includes providing L1 application support and handling production issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Perform L1 support activities-including issue triaging, initial troubleshooting, and coordination with L2/L3 teams for resolution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce applications by identifying and addressing incidents promptly.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and functional specifications.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
-5 - 8 years of total experience, with hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Support professional.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem-Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, and workflow automation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Certified
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certified
- Experience providing L1 application support in a Salesforce environment
