Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within Salesforce.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and implement effective CRM solutions.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Create and maintain documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), and system flow diagrams.
- Support change management activities, including training materials and end-user support.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations align with best practices and organisational objectives.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce platform exposure.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and communicate technical concepts in business terms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement-tracking platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
