Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless alignment of business needs with Salesforce solutions. This role is well-suited for proactive problem-solvers with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and CRM workflows.

- Perform hands-on Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Dynamic Pages, and Dynamic Related Lists.

- Support and optimize CPQ processes: product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and approval workflows.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Salesforce solutions.

- Lead or support project planning, task management, status reporting, and issue tracking activities.

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and provide support during testing and rollout phases.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 46 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.

- Proven ability to analyze, document, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Dynamic Pages, Dynamic Related Lists).

- Strong understanding of CPQ processes: product setup, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst Certification) are preferred.
