Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and Salesforce solutions.
- Work with Salesforce teams to configure objects, automation, validations, and reporting tools.
- Support testing activities including UAT and regression testing to ensure solution quality.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating workshops and system demos.
- Ensure data integrity, assist in integrations, and manage user access, security, and permissions.
Requirements :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (flows, workflows), reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process modeling skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
