Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Azure Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Azure SQL, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce platform administration, design and implement Azure-based data integration solutions, manage data quality, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce platform administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security model.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications, particularly Azure SQL Database.

- Develop and manage ETL processes, data pipelines, and synchronization frameworks for seamless data exchange.

- Perform data migration, data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and data quality management.

- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and operational reporting.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, security, and compliance across Salesforce and integrated systems.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs, APIs, and ETL processes.

- Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Support deployment, release management, change requests, and production support activities.

- Maintain technical documentation, including integration architecture, data flows, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Salesforce and Azure integration best practices.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Salesforce Flows.

2. Validation Rules.

3. User Management.

4. Profiles, Roles & Permission Sets.

5. Security Model & Sharing Rules.

- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using :

1. REST APIs.

2. SOAP APIs.

3. ETL tools.

4. Middleware platforms.

- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure-based integration solutions.

- Strong SQL skills with experience in data transformation and optimization.

- Experience in data migration, cleansing, validation, and synchronization.

- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.

- Experience troubleshooting integration and production issues.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Integration Services.

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Exposure to Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, or other migration tools.

- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
