Job Requirement : QA Tester (Manual & Automation)

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of overall QA testing experience

- At least 3+ years of advanced manual testing experience

- At least 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience

- Entry-level candidates will not be considered due to tight project timelines

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in manual testing and test automation

- Proven experience delivering and maintaining in-sprint automation

- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications

- Skilled in analyzing requirements and creating comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data

- Developed and maintained automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Maven, and TestNG; implemented BDD with Cucumber and reusable step definitions

- Performed functional API testing for RESTful services using Postman, including positive/negative scenarios and response validation

- Created and executed Smoke and Regression automation suites to support release readiness and sprint validations

- Used Git/GitHub for version control and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to trigger automated test runs and publish results

Methodologies & Tools :

- Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology

- Proficient in JIRA for defect tracking and test management

- Proficient in Confluence for documentation and collaboration

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
