Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have worked on multiple Salesforce projects, possess Salesforce Admin certification, and be proficient in test planning, execution, and automation. This role involves collaborating with functional and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud modules if applicable.

Key Responsibilities :

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Create, review, and execute Test Plans and Test Cases for Salesforce applications.

- Perform Regression Testing, functional testing, and end-to-end Salesforce testing.

- Maintain and update Test Suites to ensure coverage of all business scenarios.

- Capture and document test evidence, results, and defects accurately.

- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira, Rally, or similar.

Automation :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation tools.

- Execute automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify areas suitable for automation.

Salesforce Expertise :

- Work on multiple Salesforce projects (minimum 2 projects required).

- Apply Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure test environments and support testing activities.

- Knowledge of Service Cloud modules is a plus.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and implement effective test strategies.

- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, and results in tools like Confluence.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer/Automation Tester.

- Salesforce Admin certification (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, including functional and automation testing.

- Proficiency in Selenium or other automation frameworks.

- Experience with test management and collaboration tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Rally, and Confluence.

- Strong understanding of Regression Testing, Test Suites, and capturing test evidence.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git/Bitbucket.
