Hiring : Salesforce Automation Tester - Sales Cloud + Copado

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 6-10 Years

Salary : Upto INR 27 LPA

Must-Have Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience in QA/Testing focused on Salesforce applications

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado

- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

- Proven experience in migrating automation test cases to Copado

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform testing and applications built on Salesforce

- Experience improving automation stability and test pass rates

- Ability to drive consulting-led QA process optimization initiatives

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation testing methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks for Salesforce applications

- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete pending automation backlog

- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications

- Analyze and improve automation stability, execution efficiency, and test pass rates

- Identify automation and QA process improvement opportunities

- Provide hands-on mentoring and guidance to the QA team

- Work closely as an extension of the clients QA automation team

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Prior Selenium automation experience

- Salesforce test data management

- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience

- Broadridge platform exposure

- Agentforce implementation testing
