About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Tester to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of test automation frameworks using Copado. In this hands-on role, you will migrate existing test cases, develop robust automation scenarios, and mentor the QA team while driving continuous improvements in test pass rates and automation stability.

This is a consulting-led position where you will act as an extension of our client's QA automation team, providing strategic guidance on process optimization and automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

- Develop, optimize, and maintain Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications

- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks tailored to Salesforce platforms

- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and improve test stability and pass rates

- Identify automation and QA process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality

- Provide hands-on guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to the existing QA automation team

- Conduct manual and automated validation testing to ensure quality standards are met

- Work collaboratively with development and business teams to understand requirements and optimize test coverage

Must-Have Requirements :

- 6+ years of overall QA/testing experience

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing

- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Copado (including Copado Robotic Testing CRT)

- Proven expertise in migrating test cases to Copado Automation

- Demonstrated ability to improve automation test pass rates and stability

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture and applications built on it

- Ability to design and lead test automation frameworks from the ground up

- Consultative mindset with the ability to provide process optimization recommendations

- Experience mentoring and guiding QA teams

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Prior hands-on experience with Selenium automation

- Test data management expertise for Salesforce environments

- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud specifically

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Exposure to other test automation tools and frameworks
