Core Requirements :

- Salesforce Sandboxes : Proven understanding of various Salesforce sandbox types and their effective utilization in testing environments.

- Sales Cloud : Solid knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and features.

- Custom and Standard Objects : In-depth understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, including their relationships (lookup, master-detail).

- Profile & Permission Set, Page Layouts : Expertise in testing configurations related to Profiles, Permission Sets, and Page Layouts to validate access, visibility, and user experience.

- Salesforce Flows & Approval Processes : Understanding and experience in testing Salesforce Flows and Approval Processes.

- API Integrations : Experience in debugging and testing integrations with upstream and downstream systems via APIs.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have) :

- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) & Reports : Familiarity with SOQL for data querying and experience in testing Salesforce Reports.

Your day-to-day role will involve :

- Design, develop, execute and maintain Automation scripts

- Work with QA Lead, Developers, and Business Analysts to meet Business objectives

- Be required to collaborate and solve problems

- Build and Improve the Quality of the Automation framework.

Responsibilities :

- Test Planning and Execution : Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Automation Framework Development : Building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Provar, or other relevant platforms.

- Defect Management : Identifying, logging, tracking, and managing defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Collaboration : Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Performance Testing : Conducting performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability and identify potential bottlenecks.

- Continuous Improvement : Contributing to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and automation practices.

- Code Reviews : Reviewing automated test scripts for best practices and coding standards.

- Mentoring : Providing guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers.

- Reporting : Generating test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

- Staying Updated : Keeping up with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices in testing.
