Job Title : Salesforce Architect AD/ Senior Manager.

Location : Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida.

Minimum experience required : 8+ Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to define technical solutions and architecture.

- Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), and security frameworks compliant with BFSI and manufacturing industry standards.

- Provide technical leadership during presales, discovery workshops, and project delivery.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including governance, code quality, and platform limits.

- Guide development teams during build and deployment phases; conduct design/code reviews and performance tuning.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementations.

- Strong experience designing solutions for BFSI clients (e.g., lending, insurance, capital markets) and Manufacturing organizations (e.g., sales ops, dealer networks, service operations).

- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in either domain, preferably for enterprise customers in India.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, and Experience Builder.

- Integration experience with ERP, core banking, insurance systems, and manufacturing execution systems (MES) using Mulesoft or similar middleware.

- Hands-on experience with Security & Compliance frameworks applicable to BFSI (e.g., RBI guidelines, ISO, data residency).

- Salesforce Application and System Architect certifications (preferred); minimum Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly desirable.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) a plus.

- Exposure to Data Migration tools and techniques (Dataloader, ETL tools).

- Experience working with Indian enterprise clients across Tier-1 cities and regulatory environments.
