Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that support our global sales, service, and field operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce Clouds and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-ready Salesforce architectures.

This role is critical in driving digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Customer Experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with Schindlers enterprise IT strategy.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs and geographies.

- Act as the technical authority for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Salesforce Platform Expertise :

Architect and implement solutions using :

- Sales Cloud.

- Service Cloud.

- Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Experience Cloud (preferred).

- Drive configuration-first solutions while governing custom development where required.

- Define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

Integration & Data :

- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, middleware, IoT platforms, data lakes, etc.

- Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred).

- Ensure data integrity, synchronization, and performance optimization.

Leadership & Governance :

- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and partners.

- Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guardrails.

- Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and global IT teams.

Delivery & Transformation :

- Support large-scale Salesforce rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.

- Ensure solutions support Schindlers field service operations and customer lifecycle processes.

- Drive innovation using Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with architect-level responsibility.

- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or service-based industries.

- Exposure to SAPSalesforce integrations.

- MuleSoft or other middleware experience.

- Experience with global Salesforce rollouts.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect.

- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
