Job Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep technical expertise and strong solutioning capabilities. The ideal candidate will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise implementations while actively contributing to development, technical decisions, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solutions for large-scale enterprise implementations.

- Provide hands-on technical expertise across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.

- Define scalable solutions while considering Salesforce Governor Limits, architecture patterns, performance, and platform best practices.

- Design and implement Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, and Field-Level Security.

- Design data models using Custom Objects and Relationships, and oversee data migration, data quality, and Large Data Volume (LDV) strategies.

- Optimize LDV environments through indexing, query optimization, data archiving, Skinny Tables, and performance tuning.

- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and integration patterns, with experience in MuleSoft or equivalent middleware.

- Define the appropriate use of Flow, declarative automation, and Apex-based solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Establish CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.

- Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership.

- Participate in requirements analysis, stakeholder discussions, technical design, and architectural decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures and solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, LDV, performance optimization, and governor limits.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and Salesforce deployment frameworks.

- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect

- Salesforce Certified System Architect

- Salesforce Platform Developer II

Good to Have :

- Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, and Salesforce AI/GenAI use cases.

- Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and data harmonization.

- Experience with RAG architecture and external data connectivity.

- Knowledge of OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Industry Clouds.

- Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
