- Design and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Lead Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Oversee Salesforce configuration and customization, including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation.

- Architect and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and middleware where applicable.

- Manage and guide Salesforce deployments using CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.

- Define and enforce version control and release management processes using Git.

- Design and maintain Salesforce data models, data migration strategies, and data governance.

- Define and enforce Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and best-practice guidance.

- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management.

- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, OAuth.

- Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data migration strategies and security models.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
