About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with excellent client-handling skills.

This is a remote contractual/freelance role, however, candidates are required to attend the initial Knowledge Transfer (KT) session at our Bangalore office.

Note : Travel and accommodation expenses for candidates coming from outside Bangalore will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture design and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Translate business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing technical designs.

- Define and implement Salesforce best practices for development, integration, and deployment.

- Guide development teams on Apex, Aura, LWC, and integration frameworks.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and propose optimal technical solutions.

- Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce standards.

- Manage third-party integrations and data migrations across Salesforce environments.

- Conduct technical reviews, performance optimization, and solution documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role.

- Expertise in Apex, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security principles.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, API, middleware tools like MuleSoft/Boomi).

- Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Prior or current freelancing/contract experience preferred.

- Salesforce Architect-level certifications (CTA / Application / Integration Architect) are a plus.
