Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and flexible technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.

- Design data models, security models, and integration architectures between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

- Manage solution documentation, data migration strategies, and system scalability.

- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools

(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

- Sound understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and design patterns.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM transformation

projects.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution

presentation.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or AI-driven Salesforce tools.

- Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).
