Salesforce Architect - Apex Programming

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team for a fixed-term contract at our client site in K. Puram, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and a deep understanding of Aura Components, LWC, APEX, and integration architecture.

This is a hybrid role requiring mandatory in-office presence 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions using best practices.

- Drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture strategy including integration with external systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Build and customize Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), workflows, process builders, and flows.

- Lead technical discussions and mentor Salesforce developers.

- Ensure proper documentation and version control of the solutions delivered.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud & Sales Cloud.

- Proficiency in Aura Components, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and APEX programming.

- Extensive experience in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools, etc.).

Good to Have (Secondary Skills) :

- Experience with Einstein Dialog Flow / Einstein Bots.

- Knowledge of Unified Messaging, Case Routing.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration including roles, profiles, permission sets,

and security settings.

- Salesforce Architect certification is a plus.
