About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to lead high-impact implementations, provide strategic technical guidance, and ensure best-in-class Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with architectural vision to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and define scalable Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and FSL.

- Oversee technical delivery, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, future-ready solutions.

- Lead integration architecture with ERP and third-party systems.

- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and enforce security compliance.

- Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce standards and architecture principles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including architectural leadership.

- Proven expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Patterns, and Salesforce Security Model.

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect (preferred).

- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (advantageous).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
