We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Architect to drive the design and implementation of robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, lead technical teams, and ensure our Salesforce ecosystem evolves in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

- Lead technical delivery, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Ensure seamless system integrations, data flows, and optimal system performance.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

- Stay current with Salesforce innovations, releases, and best practices to continuously improve our platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, including a minimum of 2 years in an architect role.

- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce integration architecture.

- Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.

- Experience with CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide both technical and business teams.
