We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise across Salesforce clouds and a strong ability to translate business requirements into robust architecture and solution designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design for large-scale implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.

- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.

- Design and implement scalable data models, security models, and governance frameworks.

- Review and guide development activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver optimal solutions.

- Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange products for potential adoption.

- Drive code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment strategies in multi-org or complex environments.

- Provide thought leadership and mentor Salesforce development teams.

Required Skills And Experience :

- 12+ years of total IT experience with 5 + years of hands-on Salesforce architecture and development experience.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform design, multi-cloud integrations, and large enterprise implementations.

- Strong understanding of security, data modeling, and performance optimization.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or Git.

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
