About the Role :

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including consultants, developers, DevOps, and integration specialists to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Salesforce architecture and technical solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue, etc.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices.

- Lead integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and external systems.

- Guide development teams on Salesforce coding standards, DevOps processes, and CI/CD implementation.

- Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, new releases, and emerging technologies.

- Partner with functional consultants to ensure end-to-end solution alignment and data model optimization.

- Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8 - 15 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and solution design.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud
