Priority Requirement - Salesforce Architect

We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Why this role matters :

This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.

- Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).

- Configure Lightning features : Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.

- Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.

- Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.

- Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).

- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.

- Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.

- Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

- Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
