Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations.

- Define and implement best practices for configuration, customization, and integration.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define technical requirements.

- Ensure platform integrity, governance, and compliance across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.).

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.

- Conduct code reviews and guide development standards.

- Manage data models, security settings, and access controls.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features and evaluate their impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar technical leadership role.

- Expertise across Salesforce Clouds especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like Mulesoft).

- Solid understanding of data architecture, security models, and performance optimization in Salesforce.

- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.) is a plus.
