Job Title : Salesforce Architect

Type : Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Duration : 6 Months (extendable or convertible based on performance)

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Indore / Ahmedabad

Working Hours : 89 Hours per day

Mandatory Requirements :

- Total Experience : Minimum 9+ years in Salesforce ecosystem

- Relevant Salesforce Experience : Minimum 9 years of hands-on and architectural experience

- Architectural Experience : At least 3 to 5 years working as a Salesforce Architect

- Current Job Title : Must be currently designated as a Salesforce Architect

- Coding Expertise : Must have hands-on coding expertise with Apex, LWC, integrations, etc.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex

- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs

- Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)

- Experience in at least one Salesforce cloud :

Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Health Cloud

Certifications (Mandatory) :

Must hold valid Salesforce certifications like :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect

- Salesforce Certified System Architect

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

- Salesforce Certified Service/Sales/Experience Cloud Consultant (as applicable)

- Certification verification to be done via Salesforce Credential Verification Portal

Soft Skills :

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Leadership and mentoring capabilities

- Ability to lead discovery, design, and technical workshops

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies

- Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce context

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce platform

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

- Collaborate with developers and guide the team in best practices and coding standards

- Oversee design and code reviews ensuring architectural compliance

- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects within timeline and budget

Mandatory details :

- Total and relevant experience should be min.9 years

- Resource should have expertise in coding.

- Resource should be working as Architect

- 8+ years of experience developing in the Salesforce.com environment

- Must have leading experience for at least 3 years

- Must do solutioning and designing of Salesforce Applications.

- 6+ years of experience in SFDC Development using Visual force, Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Apex Design patterns, etc.

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Configuration and Administration : User, Role, Profile, Permission Set, Page Layout etc

- 4+ years of experience programming JavaScript, HTML/CSS

- 4+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Implementation.

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.coms products such as Sales Cloud , Service Cloud, Experience cloud, Health Cloud and Force.com product offerings.

- 2 years of experience programming OO languages (Java, C#)

- Applied knowledge and experience of Lightning Web Component (LWC) or Lightning Aura Component

- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP and REST), API, SSO

- Experience with unit testing frameworks

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.coms SOQL and SOSL

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.coms Web Services

- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.coms security model

- Experience with database concepts and data modeling capabilities

- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

- Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment

- Solid Java experience is a plus

- Selenium, JUnit, or any other testing automation framework is a plus
