Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Application Developer, youll design, build, and optimize business-critical applications on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Youll work cross-functionally, own technical decisions, and make sure solutions actually work in the real worldnot just on paper.

This is a hands-on + leadership role. If you like solving messy problems, mentoring devs, and shipping on time, this is your lane.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications aligned with business goals

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and multiple delivery teams

- Own technical decisions and contribute to high-impact architectural discussions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce applications

- Lead and mentor team members; run knowledge-sharing sessions

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features

- Apply agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data models

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
