Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce DevOps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in Salesforce environments, and will be responsible for implementing and managing DevOps practices to enhance our software delivery processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Git and Salesforce DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices in DevOps.

- Document technical processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps, including Git for version control.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, particularly in a Salesforce context.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent problems solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration.

- Experience with other DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7 - 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
