Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer to design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions with a focus on AI-assisted development and Agentforce capabilities. The role will involve hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, automation, integrations, and application of AI capabilities to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and reusable components following Salesforce development best practices.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, workflows, permissions, and automation based on business requirements.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.

- Leverage Agentforce and AI-assisted development capabilities to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and solution delivery.

- Develop and configure AI-enabled Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and related Salesforce capabilities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, architects, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and execute unit tests and support functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, automation, and performance issues and implement appropriate fixes.

- Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, code quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Support deployment and release activities across Salesforce environments using appropriate DevOps/CI-CD practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and reusable technical components.

- Analyze and optimize Salesforce application performance and automation.

- Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, customizations, integrations, and solution designs.

- Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce features, platform enhancements, and emerging AI-assisted development practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and application engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration including Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions, Workflows, and automation.

- Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and development productivity.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, and development best practices.

- Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Good understanding of Salesforce application architecture and scalable solution design.

- Experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, deployment, and release management.

- Familiarity with Git and Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Agentforce-related certifications would be an advantage.
