We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Security Consultant The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Governance Risk and Compliance GRC solutions and security This role involves providing comprehensive security design administration analysis and support for various landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Candidates should be capable of leveraging Agentforce for automated agent interactions and other AIpowered features within the platform

- They are responsible for developing custom solutions integrating APIs and ensuring seamless agent workflows often working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and customizing Agentforce applications This includes using Apex LWC and other Salesforce technologies to build and enhance Agentforce features.

- Integrating with external systems Connecting Agentforce with other applications databases or platforms using REST SOAP or other technologies.

- Designing and building Experience Cloud sites Creating custom components templates and branded sites for selfservice and agent experiences.

- Collaborating with stakeholders Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

- Maintaining and optimizing data models sharing rules and user roles Ensuring data integrity and access control within the Salesforce environment.

- Ensuring best practices in coding testing and DevOps Implementing coding standards conducting unit testing and deploying changes using best practices.

- Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support Resolving production issues and maintaining the stability of Salesforce applications.

- Participating in Agile ceremonies Contributing to development sprints and maintaining documentation.

Skills and Knowledge :

- Proficiency in Apex LWC and other Salesforce technologies.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Experience with data modeling sharing rules and user roles.
