Salesforce Administrator - Copado

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise in Azure DevOps to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is designed for professionals who can effectively manage and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem while implementing DevOps best practices to streamline development workflows, automate deployments, and ensure robust environment governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls.

- Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types,

validation rules, and workflow automation.

- Design and implement automation solutions using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval

Processes.

- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.

- Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and ensure data integrity and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate

them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Manage integrations with third-party applications and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.

Azure DevOps Management :

- Manage source control repositories (Git), including branching strategies and version control.

- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to support continuous delivery.

- Coordinate release schedules, sandbox refreshes, and environment lifecycle management.

- Monitor pipeline performance and resolve deployment-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tools.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; additional certifications such

as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata structure, and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).

- Proficiency in Git, YAML, and scripting for automation tasks.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

- Working knowledge of Azure services including Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Boards.

- Exposure to Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) with a strong understanding of compliance and governance requirements.
