We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.


In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:


- Clean and well-structured data


- Reliable and actionable reporting


- Automation that reduces operational friction


- A scalable CRM system that supports business growth

Key Responsibilities :


Salesforce Administration :


i. User setup, profiles, roles, and permission management


ii. Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracy


iii. Create and manage custom fields and objects


iv. Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiency


v. Implement validation rules to enforce data quality


Automation & Process Optimization :


i. Build, maintain, and optimize :


a. Salesforce Flows


b. Process Builder and Workflow Rules


c. Approval processes


v. Lead routing logic


vi. Opportunity stage automation


vii. Email alerts and task triggers


Reporting & Dashboards :


i. Create custom reports for:


a. Pipeline health


b. Sales velocity


c. Conversion rates


d. Campaign attribution


vi. Build dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams


Integrations :


i. Assist in maintaining integrations with :


a. Marketing automation platforms


b. LinkedIn and lead capture tools


c. Email systems


d. Other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools


Documentation & Governance :


i. Maintain Salesforce system documentation


ii. Recommend and enforce best practices


iii. Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements


What Were Looking For :


Must-Have Requirements :


- 0 - 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience


- Solid understanding of :


i. Salesforce objects and relationships


ii. Validation rules


iii. Reports and dashboards


iv. Basic Salesforce Flows


- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)


- Strong logical and problem-solving skills


- High attention to detail and data accuracy


- Good communication and collaboration skills


Good-to-Have :


- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment


- Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes


- Familiarity with marketing automation tools


- Basic knowledge of SOQL
