- Administer and configure Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper setup and alignment with business needs.

- Create and manage custom dashboards, reports, and workflows to support various departments.

- Build and optimize sequences and automation workflows to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

Skill Requirements - Essential :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience working with Salesforce CRM in a technical or admin capacity.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce's reporting, dashboard, workflow, and sequence-building capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
