Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, support users, implement configuration changes, and help optimize business processes.

This role requires strong technical understanding of Salesforce features, security, and customization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.

- Configure and customize objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation tools (Flows).

- Support business teams by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and providing ongoing user support.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes to support business insights.

- Perform regular system audits, data quality checks, and ensure platform stability.

- Assist with Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver CRM enhancements.

- Maintain documentation of system configurations and process changes.

- Train users and support adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration basics : objects, fields, formulas, workflow rules, validation rules, record types, and automation.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).

- Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
