- Design and implement seamless data integration between Salesforce and Spiff using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.
- Ensure real-time synchronization of key objects (Opportunities, Accounts, Revenue, Bookings, SKUs, Quotas) for accurate commission calculations.
- Perform advanced Salesforce admin tasks, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and permission sets to support compensation data requirements.
- Optimize Salesforce data structures for compatibility with Spiff logic and reporting needs.
- Translate complex compensation plans into system-ready logic, including metrics, attainment thresholds, accelerators, caps, claw backs, and exceptions.
- Configure and test compensation plans in Spiff, including rate tables, crediting structures, and quota assignments.
- Validate Salesforce data integrity and ensure accurate mapping to Spiff.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of integration workflows and payout calculations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data or logic discrepancies across systems.
- Develop technical documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and configuration standards.
- Train internal teams on Salesforce-Spiff integration best practices and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.
- Hands-on experience configuring compensation plans in Spiff (or other mainstream ICM tools) and managing data integrations
- Proficiency in API integrations, data transformation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to migrate manual or spreadsheet-based processes into automated platforms.
- Understanding of global or multi-currency compensation plan structures.
