You Will Be :

- A key contributor to the Information Security Strategy serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the overall IT/IS security posture.

- Supporting Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity initiatives, ensuring preparedness and effective response to disruptions.

- Assisting with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) cyber security activities and integration support.

- Developing and maintaining metrics (KPIs and KRIs) that measure effectiveness and risk exposure for the Information Technology & Information Security organization.

- Participating in security compliance programs, with a strong focus on : Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Resilience, supporting Peak Season, Collaborating in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment, contributing ideas and solutions to evolving security challenges.

What You Will Do :

- Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) assessments, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and annual reviews of documentation.

- Assess, track, and mitigate BC/DR risks, working with business units to strengthen resilience and enhance reporting metrics and processes across the enterprise.

- Understand and apply Data Privacy regulations (e.g., PII Personally Identifiable Information) by developing standards, capabilities, and solutions in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to effectively protect sensitive data.

- Support the creation and ongoing enhancement of Information Security metrics and dashboards to provide clear visibility into team performance, risks, and program effectiveness.

- Demonstrate a problem-solving and learning mindset, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and work collaboratively across teams.

- Collaborate with Security , IT and Business team to enhance the Resilience of Organization and Peak Readiness.

- Assist in the implementation of governance and risk management solutions to automate processes and workflows.

You Also Have :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, preferably within the retail sector.

- Strong background in Risk Management and Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA), with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Atlassian Products.

- Proven experience in Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution.

- Proven Knowledge and expertise in information security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001.

- Practical experience executing information security risk assessment methodologies and interpreting results to guide decision-making.

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and articulate risk effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, or Information Systems (or equivalent).

- Work collaboratively with other team members to define and enhance security and resilience capabilities, including operational resilience, cyber risk management, and incident preparedness.

- Collaborate with Information Security, IT, and Business teams to strengthen resilience processes, support audits, and ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.

- Hands-on experience in risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and mitigation planning across IT and business environments.

- Expertise in assessing security risks in modern cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and validating controls across the full technology stackapplications, operating systems, databases, and networking layers.

- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across key security domains such as business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, auditing, risk management.
