Responsibilities :

Requirements :
- Lead the full automation of 32 ServiceNow access request catalog items for user provisioning and de-provisioning via SailPoint IIQ.
- Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow catalog items to determine optimal automation strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ based on defined requirements.
- Collaborate with SailPoint engineers and ServiceNow teams to deploy and validate automation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for each catalog automation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
- Serve as the liaison between catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and leadership.
- Review and analyze currently onboarded applications in IIQ that lack JIT configuration.
- Configure and enable JIT certification and automated termination processing for applicable applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations and changes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.
- Strong Java programming skills for rule and connector development within SailPoint.
- Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, particularly for catalog
automation and workflow enhancements.
- Experience with IAM operations, user lifecycle management, and JIT provisioning.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, DevOps pipelines, and testing environments.
